Healthy Lives, Healthy Futures is a review of health and care services in Northern Lincolnshire, led by both North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Groups in partnership with local health and care organisations.

Our aim over the next 5 – 10 years is to look at how we can develop an improved health and care system that delivers safe, high quality and affordable services for years to come.

There are going to be some important decisions to make in the coming months and we want to do this with the people who live in Northern Lincolnshire and use these services. We need to look at emergency care, urgent care and planned care services which will include those delivered from hospitals, health centres and out in the community. We need to take decisions about what services should look like in future including their size, their location and their ability to deliver high quality care safely.

We are in the process of planning the next stage of the Healthy Lives Healthy Futures programme. Details will be available soon. In the meantime keep up to date on the latest by liking us on Facebook or following us on Twitter @HLHF_NHS
